Booking terms & conditions

Payment of a deposit to confirm your order assumes agreement of the following conditions:

1. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the order upon which the following contractual terms are accepted between the Customer, and 3 Little Ducks. Availability cannot be confirmed until cleared funds are received.

 

2. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before the delivery/collection date. In the event of non-payment, production of the Cake will not commence until payment is made in full and, as such, may not be completed by the agreed date. Under these circumstance, 3 Little Ducks accepts no liability for any consequential losses.

4. Any changes to the order must be made at least two weeks prior to the delivery/collection date.

5. 3 Little Ducks will provide the Cake, in accordance with the design/concept confirmed as per the quotation provided. 

6. Once the Cake is in possession of the Customer, ownership of the Cake is the Customers and 3 Little Ducks is not liable for any damage and /or loss however caused thereafter. 

7.  Unless otherwise stated milk, gluten and eggs are used in your Cake's ingredients (allergy advise is included on the quotation provided).  If there are specific allergens that must be avoided, it is the customers responsibility to advise 3 Little Ducks of these. Your cake will be prepared in a kitchen where other allergens may exist (including nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, mustard, fish and shellfish). Every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, but this cannot be guaranteed and 3 Little Ducks will not accept liability.

8. In the event of unforseen circumstances whereby 3 Little Ducks is no longer available to provide the Cake as agreed, every effort to secure a replacement supplier will be made. If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payment received and no liability is accepted for any consequential loss, however incurred.
