About Me

I am based in Locks Heath (near Park Gate) and have always lived in the Fareham area. I have been baking and decorating cakes for my family for many years. It is something I LOVE doing and not many people get the chance to do something they love... for a living. And the best part of it all is seeing your smile when you see what I’ve created for you.

So...why 3 Little Ducks?  The first cake I 'properly' decorated was for my eldest daughter’s 1st birthday – she had a ‘thing’ about ducks at the time, so I made a cake with three of them clamouring over it.  It didn’t look at all how I planned - the icing drooped and sagged and just wouldn’t do what I wanted it to do. Nevertheless, I was quite proud of my little ‘achievement’ and the family seemed genuinely impressed. In the years that followed, and many birthdays later, I steadily improved as I learnt some of the tricks of the trade. Eventually I decided I would love to bake and create for other people – ‘go professional’ as they say! So, I started baking like mad to build up my portfolio – and here I am ready to make YOUR perfect cake.

My first ever DIY cake
